This is a highly attractive position for any aspiring litigation Solicitor looking to further their career with a top West End practice. Our clients are a highly regarded and well-established firm that are now seeking a further 2+ years' PQE Solicitor to join their busy litigation department. Their diverse client base ranges from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work.
About the Role
Joining a busy team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of matters including breach of contract, landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold issues, boundary disputes, and possession claims. Experience in high-value commercial disputes and contentious property matters would be advantageous, particularly in advising corporate landlords, developers, and managing agents. The commercial litigation work will cover breach of contract, building and construction disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, company disputes, partnership disputes, as well as wills and inheritance disputes.
Candidate Requirements
You will have the background training and knowledge to work unsupervised on complex matters whilst still being an active member of the team. This firm is known for their close relationships with their clients; an ethos that has served them well, therefore the ability to communicate, effectively market/network and build on relationships is essential.
