Landlord & Tenant Litigation Solicitor – This is a unique and fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Solicitor looking to join a well established, niche litigation practice that have a national reach, acting for a wide range of professional clients.
About the Role
The L&T department prepares and advises on landlord and tenant litigation matters. Typically, standard and accelerated possession matters, but can extend to defended proceedings, together with advice on relevant landlord and tenant legislation. Clients range from private landlords with a single property to large managing agents and insurance companies.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an ambitious Solicitor from NQ-3 years PQE, an outgoing personality and who has the drive and the want to further their career. Joining a busy and well supported department of 8, you will need to have proven knowledge in L&T matters, ideally gained from a busy litigation department.
