About the Role
Founded in Brighton in 1893, our client is well known locally for their integrity and the quality of their work and service. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor looking to take a significant step up into a management role with a well‑established and highly accredited practice in the centre of Brighton. You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including complex and high‑value transactions, while also handling non‑standard freehold issues such as land or rural property matters. You will maintain strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional standard of service, represent the firm at business development meetings and networking events, and organise and support junior team members and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to their development.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters and an active interest in developments within the field.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
