Residential Property Solicitor – Our client is Legal 500 market leader, who have won multiple awards. With several offices across East Kent they have asked us to find them a Residential Property Solicitor at Associate level.
About the Role
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of Solicitors with c.5+ year’s relevant experience in managing their own busy caseload of residential property transactions in a fast paced environment. You will handle a range of matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity, some of which will be complex.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a step up and lead a thriving team with a sterling reputation. You will need to have a client friendly manner, proactive approach, be hardworking and inspirational. They have indicated that they are keen to talk to not only local candidates, but those who are looking to relocate to the Kent area.
