We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team within Hotel Services, so if you hold or are working towards an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification this role may be for you.
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, time management skills and be able to motivate large staffing groups.
Being able to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative, flexibility to business needs is paramount to this role.

Main Duties Based in the RVI, the post holder will provide supervisory support to all domestic and rapid response staff. They will supervise the domestic assistants and rapid response team, ensuring cleaning methods and frequencies in designated areas meet national standards, carry out audits, and implement any required actions. The role includes training on specific machinery, correct cleaning methods, and ensuring mandatory training is kept up to date. Appraisals will be carried out promptly to support staff development.
Flexibility in the role is required due to business demands.

Person Specification Knowledge – Knowledge of technical aspects of the job, e.g. machinery, cleaning materials, products and processes.
Skills – Supervisory, leadership and motivation skills; good communication skills; IT skills essential to the role.
Experience – Experience of working in a domestic services environment.
Desirable Experience – Previous experience in the cleaning industry; previous supervisory experience.
Qualifications – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification such as BICS (or working towards).
