What You’ll Be Doing 🔹 Amazon Strategy & Growth * Own the end-to-end Amazon strategy, scaling revenue and margin across Vendor Central and Seller Central. * Monitor trends, competitor activity, and category data to uncover opportunities. * Report on KPIs – traffic, conversion, sales performance, and ad ROI – with precision and insight. 🔹 Catalogue & Product Management * Oversee 2,500+ SKUs ensuring every listing is accurate, optimised, and compliant. * Launch new products effectively while managing discontinuations. * Partner with content and design teams to ensure images, copy, and A+ content are world-class. 🔹 Team Leadership & Collaboration * Lead and mentor a specialist team covering listings, stock accuracy, and operations. * Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing for seamless execution. * Elevate capability through training and process improvement. 🔹 Operational & Commercial Excellence * Ensure Vendor Central runs smoothly – from POs to chargebacks. * Build and scale Seller Central infrastructure, FBA/FBM, and fulfilment workflows. * Own stock management, demand forecasting, and promotional execution. 🔹 Advertising & Promotions * Take full control of Amazon Advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Brands, and beyond. * Deliver high-ROI campaigns for peak events like Prime Day and Black Friday. * Continuously optimise campaigns for efficiency and growth. 🔹 Compliance & Brand Protection * Safeguard brand presence against unauthorised sellers. * Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving policies, algorithms, and fee structures. What We’re Looking For ✔ 5+ years’ hands-on Amazon experience (Vendor & Seller Central). ✔ Proven track record of scaling sales and profitability in Amazon environments. ✔ Strong commercial acumen – from contribution margin to promotional mechanics. ✔ Experience managing large catalogues (1,000+ SKUs). ✔ Confident in Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Registry, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, and advanced Excel/data tools. ✔ Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.
