This is a unique opportunity for a Finance & Supply Chain Manager to join their team — a dynamic role that blends finance, stock management, and supply chain operations. What you'll do: * Prepare monthly financial reports and oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. * Ensure VAT compliance across the UK and EU. * Manage supplier relationships, negotiate payments, and plan inventory purchases. * Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize stock levels and streamline deliveries. * Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. What we're looking for: * Experience in finance and accounting (formal qualifications are a bonus but not required). * Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software. * Strong Excel and data analysis skills. * Knowledge of VAT regulations (UK & EU) and supply chain processes. * A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. * E-commerce or Amazon FBA experience is a plus.
