Alfa is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Marketing Executive to join our small team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make an impact.
Alfa plays a critical role in the operations of major finance providers globally. Getting the right message out to our audiences - in a clear, compelling and consistent way - is key to maintaining our position as a market leader. You will play a crucial role in executing this strategy and, in time, will own the activity in one or more of our core markets.
Responsibilities- Copywriting and content creation: Generate high-quality, engaging marketing collateral across various channels (web, social media, email, print), briefing our talented Design Team and collaborating on the output efficiently.
- Campaign management: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and goals.
- Digital marketing: Maintain and update our web presence, using platforms like Prismic. Assist with social, paid social and email marketing campaigns and reporting, ideally with experience using HubSpot and other MarTech.
- Brand and messaging: Ensure all communications are on-brand and align with Alfa's core message and industry positioning.
- Events strategy: Play a role in developing and executing our events strategy, including in-person industry events and webcasts.
- Competitor Intelligence: Keep our competitor database current and actionable.
- Exceptional language and copywriting skills: These are non-negotiable; you must be able to translate complex technical information into clear, impactful, benefits-driven messaging, with an ability to demonstrate high-quality copywriting ability.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a broad marketing role, preferably within the FinTech, B2B or enterprise software sector.
- Creative input: Bring imagination and creativity to all marketing activities, suggesting innovative ways to reach our target audiences and present Alfa's value proposition in a compelling light.
- Technology familiarity: Demonstrate a strong affinity for and understanding of technology and how it underpins our product and our customers' operations.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (such as HubSpot), a modern CMS (such as Prismic), or other MarTech is highly beneficial.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Fluency in German is a helpful asset, but not essential.
