Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at the Regina Hotel, Torquay.
Hotel Receptionist working hours:
As a Hotel Receptionist you will work circa 30-40 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £12.60, regardless of age!
Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Receptionist you will report to the Head Receptionist or Hotel Management and will be part of the central hub of the hotel operation, where first impressions are everything. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the hotel, delivering a first-class customer experience where the word no does not exist. Your tasks will include checking guests in and out; dealing with general enquires and varied administrative tasks, from allocating rooming lists to processing invoices and occasionally serving drinks in the bar throughout the day. This is a diverse role which includes professionally handling reception enquiries and being empathetic towards our guests.
