Job Description:
Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for Flexible or Part Time Tour Drivers working out of the Leeds region to join the Alfa Coaches team. You will cover driver absence and holidays and will receive a pro-rata salary of £32,025 for tour days worked.
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to cover single-day duties such as feeder services or excursions. The day rate guarantees a minimum of £94.26 for up to 6 hours worked. Hours above 6 hours (excluding 1 hour lunch) will be paid at a rate of £15.71 per hour.
The Flexible Relief Tour Driver Role:
We seek drivers interested in part-time work, planned in advance or short notice, to cover feeders, excursions, or full tours. This role suits professional drivers seeking better work-life balance or extra income in semi-retirement. All options are open for discussion.
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer experiences. The role involves safe driving and delivering friendly, helpful, and enjoyable service, whether spending a week with customers or simply transporting them to and from their holiday.
- Experience in operating Coach Tours is advantageous, but a keen interest, correct license, and willingness to learn are sufficient.
- Customer service skills are essential as you will represent the Alfa Travel brand.
- You should be a safe, efficient driver, comfortable with technology, with a maximum of 3 points on your license.
- Comfortable spending periods away from home; this is a lifestyle choice, with limited time back at home.
