Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Product, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the offline and PR elements of Alfa Holiday and Alfa Hotels marketing ensuring their brand images are communicated in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Product on business reports and finding new channels for customer acquisition. This role will have the responsibility of managing a marketing assistant and provide support on the over-arching marketing strategy. Working in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager will be essential to ensure a consistent message is seen by customers both online and offline. This role is office based, predominately working 5 days per week Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in place, with a salary of £40,000 per annum.

The role responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for all offline marketing activities
- The planning and delivery of customer acquisition and retention via direct marketing offline channels to ensure best ROI
- The development and promotion of the Groups brands via consistent marketing messages both internally and externally
- Overseeing the brochure production process on an annual basis
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan for the Travel Trade network
- Managing and negotiating with suppliers on outsourced marketing elements
- Developing and supporting with the internal brand and communications pieces
- Planning and managing the PR strategy for the Group
- Management of the offline team including development and training
- Managing the key marketing KPI’s
Key skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar role within a marketing function
- Experience of creating brochures or similar offline marketing material in a B2C environment
- Ability to use data to drive your marketing decisions
- Creative approach bringing new ideas to the table to influence sales and brand presence
- Organisational skills excellent to be able to meet key marketing deadlines, organising your own and your team’s tasks
- Managerial experience
- Excellent negotiation skills with external suppliers
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Ideally marketing qualification or qualified by experience
