Audit Manager, Shropshire A well-established and growing Shropshire accountancy practice is seeking an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Manager to join its expanding team. This is a confidential opportunity for a commercially aware audit professional who thrives on managing client relationships, leading audits from planning through to completion, and developing high-performing teams. The role You will manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors, acting as a key point of contact and working closely with Partners to deliver high-quality, compliant audit services. Key responsibilities Leading and reviewing audits from planning to finalisation Managing client relationships and attending pre and post audit meetings Supervising, mentoring and reviewing junior staff Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures Liaising with Partners on technical matters and deadlines Contributing to KPI delivery and identifying added-value opportunities About you ACA or ACCA qualified (essential) Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar audit-focused role within practice Strong technical audit knowledge and client-facing confidence Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Experience supervising and developing junior team members Proactive, organised and commercially aware The offer A fantastic range of corporate benefits and a competitive salary, to be discussed on application.
