What You’ll Do:
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients primarily executive-level advisors and NEDs using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Run circa 100 demos/month.
- Present and sell Connectd’s innovative advisory and subscription programs, including Transition to Portfolio for NEDs.
- Maintain meticulous records and use a process-driven approach to not just hit, but exceed targets.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 3+ years outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar), ideally selling to executive-level clients in B2C or subscription-based models.
- Track record of resilience, motivation, and a hunger for financial and career growth.
- Experience with US/international teams is a plus.
- Consultative sales mindset: you love building relationships, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions.
- Intellectually curious, coachable, and energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Driven by results and excited by the prospect of uncapped commission and rapid progression.
