Alfa Leisureplex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Relationship Executiveto join the teambased at our Central Office, Buckshaw Village, Chorley.

Leisureplex Hotels own and operate 24 hotels in the UK\’s most popular seaside locations. We have a combined bed stock of over 2,000 rooms and achieve strong all year-round occupancies due to our sister brands Alfa Travel, plus our links to other coach operators and group organisers.

About the job
The Hotel Relationships Executive plays a critical role in managing and enhancing our relationships with hotel partners across the Alfa Travel portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with hotels in order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. This will involve monitoring and collating customer feedback and site visits if required.,
As the main point of contact for our hotel partners, you will handle operational coordination, including additional room requests and providing rooming lists to ensure a welcoming feel on arrival. Through strategic relationship management and a deep understanding of customer expectations, you will ensure our guests enjoy comfortable, well-managed accommodation that enhance their holiday.
This role requires close collaboration across multiple departments, in particular with Reservations, Sales and Marketing. You will also be responsible for re-viewing competitor offerings and industry trends to refine our hotel offering over time and identify any new partner hotels
This role will be office based in Buckshaw Village and you will be required to work 37.5 hours over 5 days. Specific days to be discussed during interview, as a 7 day per week business we would require some weekend work, however open to discussion with flexibility on start and finish times. The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum.

As Hotel Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for:
Hotel Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key hotel partners across the UK.
- Act as the main contact for all hotel-related operational matters, including extra room. requests and managing the distribution of rooming lists.
- Monitor hotel performance using customer feedback, driver reports, and service level data, ensuring consistently high standards.
- Work with hotel partners to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively.
- Work with hotel partners and our traffic department to communicate coach ETA, planned meal times and correct driver details.
- Work with hotel partners to ensure all health and safety/liability documents are up to date and signed.
- Obtain quotes on an ad-hoc basis from hotel partners for group quotes.
- Administer the annual contracts with hotel partners.
Supplier Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential new hotel partners to enhance and expand the Alfa Travel programme.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of hotel options across all Alfa destinations.
- Work closely with the UK Product Manager to ensure hotels align with tour themes and customer profiles.
- Ensure hotel-related content (including descriptions and images) is accurately reflected in brochures, online listings, and other marketing channels.
- Visit partner hotels to build on relationships and solve service issues
Other responsibilities:
- Support social media engagement where required, especially concerning customer inquiries related to accommodations.
- Attend relevant industry exhibitions and networking events to represent Alfa Travel and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business systems used for product, reservation, and itinerary management.
- Maintain all hotel fact files for our own Leisureplex hotels and partner hotels
- Develop negotiating skills for reviewing yearly contracts
