Alfa Leisureplex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team based at the Groups Central Office located in Euxton, Chorley., We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can support the Senior Graphic Designer in creating effective, on brand marketing material. You will work on marketing campaigns, online artwork for web, social media and email; as well as print material for brochures, mailers and flyers.
This will be a varied and fast paced role as part of our in-house Graphic Design team, you will work on a wide range of online and offline creative output. Our ideal candidate will have a good level of design knowledge and be able to work both with direction and independently, all within the marketing team, to produce high quality, accurate and on brand design artwork., As a Graphic Designer you are responsible for producing effective and impactful on brand marketing campaigns both internally and externally.
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this will be a varied role with responsibility for a wide of range of on and off line creative output including press ads, direct mailers, emailers, digital banners, presentations, videos, point of sale, menus, posters and much more.
This is an exciting time to join a passionate marketing team as we embark on a review of our brands. You will play a key role in bringing this to life and rolling out brand guidelines, helping to ensure that our brand is consistently represented at every customer and colleague touchpoint.

The main responsibilities are:
Creative design in line with the established branding guidelines
Deliver creative solutions that meet the needs of the brief, on time and accurately
Create artwork for print and digital use, thinking about image use, legibility and considering the needs of the customer
Supporting the Senior Graphic Designer in maintaining a consistent brand across all channels
Organising the artwork filing system
Ensuring appropriate quality checks are in place working with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain brand integrity
Working with external agencies where necessary, reviewing their output and giving feedback to ensure that our brand guidelines are adhered to at all times
Brochure Production
Proof reading copy for all general pages
Proofing images to ensure the best images are used to market our product
General
Developing knowledge in line with company expectations through experiential learning and recommended training
Any other reasonable duties as required by the Senior Graphic Designer
Good copywriting skills
Relevant Graphic Design or similar qualification
Understanding of UX principles and experience in website design
Experience of brochure production
Experience in the travel sector
This role is predominantly office based, working Monday-Friday. The starting salary for this role is £26,250 – £28,000 per annum with consideration given to relevant skills and experience.
