Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Cumberland Hotel, Scarborough.

Bar Supervisor working hours: As a Bar Supervisor you will work 35 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £14.96, regardless of age!

Bar Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Manage the effective running of the Hotel Bar, delivering a first-class service to our guests.
  • Maximise bar sales, serving drinks in the bar and restaurant.
  • Manage a small bar team, whilst maintaining stock levels and ensuring all bar equipment is in good working order.
  • Ensure that the bar areas are clean, tidy and secure at all times.
  • Involved in the evening entertainment from taking payments to participating in bingo calling and overseeing the charity fundraising evening.
