Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at The Royal Norfolk, Bognor Regis.
Hotel Receptionist working hours: As a Hotel Receptionist you will work between 13 and 19 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £13.45, regardless of age! As part time, you will work 2-3 days a week.
Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head Receptionist or Hotel Management.
- Be part of the central hub of the hotel operation, where first impressions are everything.
- Responsible for setting the tone for the hotel, delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Check guests in and out; deal with general enquiries and varied administrative tasks.
- Allocate rooming lists, process invoices, and occasionally serve drinks in the bar throughout the day.
- Professionally handle reception enquiries and be empathetic towards our guests.
