Overview
The Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at the Cliffe Norton Hotel, Tenby. As a Bar Supervisor, you will work circa 45 hours per week including weekends, generally on a shift pattern of 4:30pm to 11:30pm, with an hourly rate of £14.02, regardless of age. Live in accommodation is available for this role, for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the effective running of the Hotel Bar, delivering a first-class service to our guests.
- Maximise bar sales, serving drinks in the bar and restaurant.
- Manage a small bar team, maintaining stock levels and ensuring all bar equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure that the bar areas are clean, tidy and secure at all times.
- Involved in evening entertainment, from taking payments to participating in bingo calling and overseeing the charity fundraising evening.
