Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Night Porter to join the team at the Seabank Hotel, Porthcawl.
Working Hours: As a Night Porter you will work Circa 16-20 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £14.02.
Responsibilities: As a Night Porter you will be the point of contact for the hotel during the night between the hours of 23:00–07:00. You will be responsible for making sure the hotel is secure during the night and any guest issues are handled promptly. Should a rare emergency occur, you will need to put your training into action by following hotel policies and alerting the relevant people. You will regularly walk the hotel and be responsible for cleaning within the public areas.
