Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at the Imperial Hotel, Ilfracombe.
Working Hours
As a Hotel Receptionist you will work 35 hours per week, including weekends on a varied shift pattern of either 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm, with an hourly rate of £12.60.
Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist you will report to the Head Receptionist and you will be part of the central hub of the hotel operation, where first impressions are everything. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the hotel, delivering a first-class customer experience where the word no does not exist. Your tasks will include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Varied administrative tasks, from allocating rooming lists to processing invoices
- Occasionally serving drinks in the bar throughout the day
This is a diverse role which includes professionally handling all enquiries and being empathetic towards our guests.
