We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED, flexible, reliable, punctual, professional, and customer‑oriented Minicab CONTROLLERS / Coordinators & Dispatch professionals to join our team.

Minicab Controller / Coordinator Main Duties
- Ensure timely dispatch of journeys.
- Liaise with the Head Controller daily.
- Monitor staff performance, improve call stats, and reduce drop call figures.
- Handle interactions with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Over 1 year of experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL.
- Proficiency in using the CORDIC & AUTOCAB dispatching system.
- Excellent English communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Comprehensive knowledge of London is crucial.
