They're looking for a Social Media Creative to join their growing in-house team and help take their already successful social channels to the next level.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Social, you'll help manage and create content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This is a hands-on creative role. You'll be filming and editing social-first content, getting involved in shoots, working with creators and influencers, engaging with the community and helping identify new content ideas, formats and opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Filming and editing short-form, social-first content
- Creating original ideas, hooks and concepts
- Supporting and organising content shoots
- Sourcing and liaising with UGC creators and influencers
- Posting, scheduling and managing content
- Engaging with comments, DMs and relevant social conversations
- Reviewing performance and helping shape future content
About You
You'll have experience creating short-form content for social and understand what works across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You don't need to be a high-end filmmaker - this is about creating authentic, engaging, social-native content. You'll understand hooks, trends and formats but, importantly, have plenty of original ideas of your own. You'll be outgoing, proactive and genuinely excited about getting out and creating content rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
The role is fully remote; however, you must be based in the North East to work closely with other members of the team and attend regular content shoots and meet-ups. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious, award-winning brand at an exciting stage of international growth and have a genuine impact on its social presence.
