Transform everyday product descriptions into captivating, conversion-driven brand stories for Nordic consumers. Profiles Creative is seeking a talented Nordic Copywriter fluent in either Danish or Norwegian to join the team on a full-time, temporary basis. Working remotely based in the United Kingdom, you will bridge creative messaging and commercial impact across major digital retail touchpoints. In this role, you will champion the brand voice across Amazon listings and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, ensuring product messaging resonates naturally with local audiences. You will blend original copywriting, meticulous localisation, transcreation, and editorial quality assurance to craft high-performing content that informs, engages, and converts. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, localise, and optimise high-converting product content for Amazon, including titles, bullet points, A+ Content, and backend search terms.
- Create compelling copy for DTC websites, spanning product detail pages, category landing pages, digital banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt marketing communications across multiple formats, supporting email campaigns, packaging copy, digital advertising, and video scripts.
- Review, proofread, and edit third-party translations to maintain brand voice, linguistic accuracy, and cultural relevance.
- Maintain and refine brand glossaries, style guides, and translation memories in collaboration with external translation partners.
- Partner with SEO teams to integrate targeted keywords, boost organic search visibility, and maximise marketplace conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Native-level fluency in written and spoken Danish or Norwegian, coupled with bilingual professional English proficiency.
- Proven track record in copywriting, content creation, and localisation for consumer-focused brands.
- Solid experience producing e-commerce content, specifically tailored for Amazon marketplaces and DTC websites.
- Strong background in proofreading, copy editing, and linguistic quality assurance with exceptional attention to detail.
- Practical understanding of e-commerce SEO, keyword optimisation, and digital conversion principles.
