Turn big ideas into real-world moments people want to share. If you're the kind of producer who sweats the details of a moodboard and the finish on a custom installation, this one's for you. CoCo Group is working with a fast-growing agency at the intersection of social, influence and experience. Its creative-led campaigns get brands talked about, and it's looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help bring the most eye-catching ideas to life.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Events, you'll sit at the heart of the creative process, working alongside Producers, Designers and the wider creative team. From the first pitch to the final build, you'll shape concepts, source the details and make sure every experience looks, feels and photographs exactly as imagined. This is a role for someone who loves design as much as delivery, and who instinctively knows what makes an experience shareable.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Shaping the vision
    • Partner with the Creative Lead to develop concepts and carry them from pitch to live execution.
    • Craft moodboards, pitch decks, storyboards and design briefs that make ideas easy to buy into.
    • Push for fresh thinking, with industry-first experiences and social-first moments.
  • Making it happen
    • Source furniture, styling, merchandise, print, installations and more.
    • Build strong supplier relationships, manage quotes and approvals, and keep production timelines and logistics on track.
    • Brief and manage designers, freelancers and creative partners so every asset delivers on the vision.
    • Join client meetings, site visits and planning sessions to turn creative ideas into practical plans.
  • Bringing it to life
    • Oversee installation and styling during event builds.
    • Support live delivery, troubleshooting on-site and keeping every detail true to the concept.
    • Keep a well-organised library of assets, suppliers, materials and learnings for future projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in creative production, experiential marketing, events or a similar agency setting.
  • A track record of taking creative projects from concept through to execution.
  • Excellent organisation and project management, with an eye for detail.
  • A strong sense of design, styling and visual storytelling.
  • Confidence working with suppliers, freelancers and creative partners.
  • The ability to balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines and production realities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across Creative, Production, Design and Client Services.
  • Confident use of PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
  • A real passion for social culture, design, influencer marketing and experiential.

Life at the agency

  • Expect a generous holiday allowance.
  • With a day off to mark your birthday.
  • And a hybrid rhythm of three days together in a well-connected London office and two days at home.
  • Creativity and wellbeing are part of the culture.
  • With dedicated time to unplug.
  • A bursary to fuel your own creative interests.
  • Flexible access to fitness and wellness.
  • Add regular socials and volunteering days, and you get a team that enjoys working together and gives back along the way.
