As Senior Manager, External Reporting you will own group consolidation and external reporting end to end for UK, US and Europe, including ASC 830 translation and US GAAP disclosures.
You will draft S-1 and periodic filings, supervise close processes, and work with the VP Accounting and Director of Technical Accounting.
