ALF are proud to be working with a leading name within the Care Industry, with a strong presence nationally, who are looking for a self-motivated Employee Relations Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, fast-growing organisation and be a key part of their people team. This role will be 99.5% home based, with some travel across the UK to different organisations in support of ER cases as well as their head office based in Leeds.

Role:

  • Supporting the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for Managers, providing expert guidance and support across all ER Matters.
  • Ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with company values.
  • Case Management including: Investigations, Disciplinaries, Appeals and Advice to Managers.
  • Embed HR Policies and provide advice across Employment Law.
  • Daily maintenance of accurate record keeping.
  • Managing caseloads relating to Short-Term Absence, probation and flexible working.
  • Collate and Analyse People Data.
  • Daily Administration including Sage People Administration and HR Reports.

Profile:

  • Must have strong HR experience working in a range of Employee Relations.
  • Strong Communicator can communicate across various tools as well as remotely and face to face.
  • Knowledge of ER Processes and Policies.
  • Ability to influence Stakeholders to Senior Leadership.
  • Beneficial if CIPD Level 5 but not essential to the role.
