ALF Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing secured lending business based in the Sale area. This innovative, award-winning lender specialises in Bridging and Development Finance and, due to continued growth in lending volumes, is looking to appoint a Case Manager to join its expanding team.
To be considered in this role you will need to have had exposure to property lending - legal or lender.
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary of £33,000 - 37,000 (DOE)
- Discretionary bonus

The Role:
The Case Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing key administrative tasks and ensuring cases progress smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll be responsible for handling new enquiries, coordinating documentation, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external partners. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare indicative terms to support deal progression and conversion
- Obtain and manage valuation quotes, including booking appointments with panel valuers
- Monitor shared inboxes and distribute new enquiries to the relevant team members
- Review incoming sales packs to ensure all required documentation is in place
- Liaise with brokers and borrowers to gather outstanding information and clarify deal structures
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries and directing as appropriate
- Update and complete sales packs to meet processing requirements
- Manage customer queries via webchat in line with agreed SLAs
- Maintain and update the broker database in line with data protection requirements
- Coordinate customer service leads, ensuring smooth handover between teams
- Produce daily sales reports for senior management
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales team and senior leadership
