Our clients, an established outfit who have shown considerable growth in the last two years, are based on the outskirts of Rochdale operating in the Construction and Civil Engineering sector. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team due to continued expansion. This role will be broad and varied covering duties from Procurement to Health and Safety with various Project work. This role will be Monday-Friday fully office based in the Rochdale Area.

The Role:

Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for assisting across the day-to-day running of the office including working with various teams to help support across high levels of projects.

  • Assisting Health and Safety with the Creation of Risk Assessment (Training to be provided)
  • Supporting the project team with the production of Job Packs and Site Documentation
  • Inputting Information into Systems – including Confirming Deliveries and Raising Purchase Orders (Training to be provided)
  • Managing the Company Share Point System
  • Assisting with HR Administration including external HR Support with a view of taking ownership
  • Collating timesheet data and hours worked from site teams
  • Handling Insurance Quotes, Breakdown Cover, and Insurance Claims – Liaising with Providers

What we are looking for:

  • Personable Administrator who thrives keeping busy and working across a varied workload to help support team members
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an Administration or Office Support Role
  • Beneficial to have worked within the Construction industry but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good Communicator – can build internal and external relationships with Stakeholders
  • IT Proficient – can use Microsoft Office and Systems
