ALF Recruit is delighted to have been retained exclusively on a genuinely exciting project building a brand-new team of four Sales Professionals for a new regional office, as a well-established property company launches into Newcastle for the first time. This isn't just a new job. It's the chance to be one of the founding team members shaping how this business operates in a brand-new city, with the backing, training and career opportunity of a much larger, established group behind you.

What you'll get:

  • £30,000 – £35,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission - average earners bring in around £1,600 a month (roughly £20,000 a year) on top of base, taking OTE to £50,000+, with high performers earning considerably more
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Your choice of gym membership or private healthcare
  • Full, structured training - with initial training delivered in London, Monday to Friday, all travel and accommodation covered by the company
  • Genuine career progression across the group, including Opening, Closing and future team leadership routes

Why this is a great opportunity:

This is a genuine chance to build a career in property, not just take another sales job. You'll be fully trained from the ground up covering the brands, the property solutions, the customer journey and consultative selling and given everything you need to succeed before you're expected to perform. As one of the first hires into a brand-new regional office, you'll have real visibility, real influence on how the team develops, and a clear path to progress as the business grows around you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the first point of contact for new seller enquiries, responding quickly and keeping every interaction warm and personal
  • Handling a high volume of customer calls with energy, confidence and professionalism
  • Building rapport and trust fast, using structured questioning to understand each customer's situation, motivation and timescale
  • Explaining the right solution clearly, handling questions and objections, and progressing customers towards a signed offer
  • Working towards one of three clear outcomes on every qualified opportunity: a signed offer, a booked handover to the Closing Team, or introducing another relevant product
  • Proactively following up prospects and past enquiries by phone, email and other channels, with disciplined, well-organised pipeline management
  • Working closely with the Closing Team to ensure smooth handovers and strong shared results

What we're looking for:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally phone-based, high-volume or target-driven
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly with people from all walks of life
  • A naturally empathetic, consultative approach - someone who listens first and advises second
  • Strong sales judgement, from discovery through to objection handling and closing
  • Resilience, drive and real personal accountability, with the organisation to manage a busy pipeline without losing attention to detail
  • A coachable, team-first mindset and comfort working with CRM and digital tools
  • Experience in property, estate agency, financial services, insurance, utilities, telecoms or technology sales would be an advantage, but isn't essential - full training is provided.

If you're a driven, people-focused salesperson looking to build a genuine career in property, with a business that's investing properly in your training and your future, this is well worth a conversation. Apply directly or get in touch with the team at ALF Recruit for a private and confidential discussion.
