An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established, independent financial services business for an experienced Commercial Lending Case Manager. The Role:

Reporting into the wider lending team, the Commercial Lending Case Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of cases from initial enquiry through to successful completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and professional introducers, playing a central role in driving positive outcomes and upholding the organisation’s high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of lending cases from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and professional introducers, maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates throughout the process.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other relevant parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
  • Preparing and reviewing key documentation including debentures, deeds of priority, and title deeds.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence and ensuring compliance with lending criteria and applicable regulations.
  • Providing proactive relationship management support, resolving queries promptly and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting the wider team’s success.

About you:

  • Proven experience in banking, lending or commercial finance within case processing or case management capacity.
  • Familiarity with debentures, deeds of priority, and title deeds is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to deadline.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuinely customer-focused approach.
  • A track record of delivering high-level customer service and building lasting professional relationships.
  • A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to work.
