This is a High-Impact role where you'll work closely with Senior Stakeholders to manage complex Employee Relations Matters, Improve Engagement and Retention, and help shape a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation. You'll combine strong employment law knowledge with a pragmatic, people-first approach – coaching leaders through challenges while using Data and Insight to influence Business Decisions and Drive Continuous improvement.
