They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join, to help support Operational Leaders across Multi-Site National Business.
This is a High-Impact role where you’ll work closely with Senior Stakeholders to manage complex Employee Relations Matters, improve Engagement and Retention, and help shape a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation. You’ll combine strong employment law knowledge with a pragmatic, people-first approach coaching leaders through challenges while using Data and Insight to influence Business Decisions and Drive Continuous improvement.
