ALF are proud to be working with a leading name within the Care Industry, with a strong presence nationally, who are looking for a self-motivated Employee Relations Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, fast-growing organisation and be a key part of their people team.
This role will be 99.5% home based, with some travel across the UK to different organisations in support of ER cases as well as their head office based in Leeds.

Supporting the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for Managers, providing expert guidance and support across all ER Matters. Ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with company values.
Case Management including: Investigations, Disciplinaries, Appeals and Advice to Managers.
Embed HR Policies and provide advice across Employment Law.
Daily maintenance of accurate record keeping.
Managing caseloads relating to Short-Term Absence, probation and flexible working.
Collate and Analyse People Data.
Daily Administration including Sage People Administration and HR Reports.
Profile:- Must have strong HR experience working in a range of Employee Relations
- Strong Communicator can communicate across various tools as well as remotely and face to face
- Knowledge of ER Processes and Policies
- Ability to influence Stakeholders to Senior Leadership
- Beneficial if CIPD Level 5 but not essential to the role
