We are looking for a motivated and personable Business Support Executive to join our successful and fast-paced team. Working closely with both Sales and Business Support colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You’ll be liaising with clients, vendors, and funders, helping to deliver a professional and seamless experience throughout the process. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach who wants to be part of a team with a winning mentality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the sales and proposal process efficiently between clients, vendors, and funders
- Conduct credit searches and prepare finance proposals promptly and accurately
- Liaise with funders and the sales team throughout the process
- Generate and issue finance documentation accurately and within required timescales
- Raise invoices and ensure prompt payment throughout the sales process
- Process and record sales accurately using CRM and proposal management systems
- Capture and maintain accurate records of clients, vendors, and funders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through excellent communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Stay up to date with customer requirements and available finance options
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
- Contribute positively towards team and company objectives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
