Customer Support 15–18 Month Fixed-Term Contract We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading business looking to add a Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinators to their busy frontline team. This is a varied role combining customer service and engineer scheduling, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring field engineers are scheduled efficiently to deliver an excellent service. What's On Offer * £26,000 – £27,000 salary * Company pension * On-site parking * Referral programme * Supportive team environment What You'll Be Doing * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email. * Providing first-line support and resolving customer issues where possible. * Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. * Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and workloads. * Prioritising urgent callouts and planned maintenance visits. * Liaising with engineers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams. * Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates on job progress. What We're Looking For * Previous experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Coordination, Planning, or Technical Support. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach. * Confidence working in a busy environment and communicating with both customers and field-based teams.
