ALF Executive are proud to be exclusively working with a growing organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Education Leader to help drive school improvement and strengthen leadership capacity across multiple settings. This is a highly visible, school-facing position where you will work closely with Regional Directors and School Leaders to translate strategic priorities into consistently high-quality educational practice. The role is centred on ensuring measurable improvements in student outcomes through hands-on leadership, robust quality assurance, and evidence-informed approaches.

This role will be remote working with various travel across Croydon, Sutton & Deal.

  • Remote and flexible working (you will be required to travel across the areas above)

You will work closely with the Regional Director across improving the quality of education across schools, strengthening leadership at all levels where you will operate with credibility and professionalism to ensure that all improvement activity is clearly planned, monitored, and evidenced with a strong focus on impact within classrooms and the lived experience of young people.

  • School Improvement Leadership – including supporting improvements across curriculum, reviewing current practice and monitor and evaluate impact over time
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance – Implement and oversee a transparent and robust QA Framework, conduct audits and reviews and ensure schools are inspection ready
  • Leadership and Development – Work directly with senior and middle leaders to embed improvement at operational and classroom level, provide coaching and modelling, facilitate leadership and development
  • CPD and System Leadership – Deliver High-Quality CPD and Leadership training, promote collaboration
  • Monitoring and Impact Reporting
  • Leadership Deployment

You will be a highly credible School Leader with:

  • QTS or equivalent and significant leadership experience
  • A strong track record of delivering measurable school improvements
  • Deep understanding of inspection frameworks, quality assurance and compliance
  • Experience in developing leaders and improving teaching and learning
  • Analyse Data and translate into effective action
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
