Are you an experienced Accountant looking to join a friendly and growing accountancy practice? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy firm in Preston who are looking to add an Accountant to their team. This opportunity would suit either a Part-Qualified Accountant (AAT/ACCA/ACA) or a Qualified by Experience (QBE) professional with previous practice experience.
The Package:
- Salary 30,000 - 36,000 depending on experience

The Role:
- Preparing year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Producing management accounts
- Preparing VAT returns
- Assisting with corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns
- Liaising directly with clients and providing day-to-day accounting support
- Supporting senior team members with client assignments and advisory work
The Candidate:
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
- Part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, ACA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and VAT
- Good communication and client relationship skills
- Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
