ALF Financial Services have been retained exclusively to recruit a Relationship Manager for a specialist finance broker operating across bridging and development finance, working with a network of high-profile individuals and high-net-worth clients.
This is a role built on relationships, not volume. You'll be trusted with introducing new clients with lending requirements and looking after an established client base, working closely with lenders and underwriters to get complex deals structured and placed. It would suit someone already working in bridging or development finance or a Relationship Manager from a private, business or commercial banking background with an existing portfolio of clients who have lending needs, looking to move into a specialist, higher-value part of the market.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 basic, dependent on experience
