This is a great opportunity for an experienced practice professional who's ready to lead. You'll take ownership of a portfolio and a team, playing a central role in the day-to-day running of the accounts function while helping to develop the people around you. Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), though a strong qualified-by-experience candidate will always be considered
  • Solid practice experience, with the confidence to lead a team
  • Strong technical grounding across accounts, VAT and general compliance
  • A natural people-manager who enjoys developing others
