This is a great opportunity for an experienced practice professional who's ready to lead. You'll take ownership of a portfolio and a team, playing a central role in the day-to-day running of the accounts function while helping to develop the people around you.
£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
- One day a week working from home
- Early finish on Fridays

- Managing and developing a team, overseeing workflow and quality
- Reviewing accounts, and overseeing the delivery of accounts, VAT and management information

A qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), though a strong qualified-by-experience candidate will always be considered. Solid practice experience, with the confidence to lead a team. Strong technical grounding across accounts, VAT and general compliance. A natural people-manager who enjoys developing others.
