Burnley area with some travel across North West | £45K-£47K | Full Time
ALF are proud to be working with an excellent organisation based in the Burnley area who are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys influencing business decisions rather than advising them. You will work closely with Senior Leaders across a diverse organisation, helping to shape people strategy, support organisational change and drive business performance. This position will be based around the Burnley area with some travel across Manchester and Lancaster. There will be some flexibility in the working arrangements but no set structure; it will all be diary dependent.

The Role:
- Reporting in to the Head of HR, you will partner with Senior Leaders to develop people plans aligned to Business Objectives
- Lead and Support Organisational Change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE Activity
- Coach, Challenge, and Influence Managers to improve capability and performance
- Manage Complex Employee Relations Matters
- Use People Data and Insight to support decision-making
- Contribute to talent planning, workforce planning, and organisational development
- Balance Strategic projects with hands-on operational support
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for someone who has true business partnering experience, not just a background in HR Advisory or Case Management
- CIPD Level or Equivalent
- Experience partnering with Senior Stakeholders on Strategic HR Initiatives
- A strong track record of supporting organisational change
- Excellent Employment Law Knowledge
- Confidence influencing and constructively challenging leaders
- Experience handling complex ER Matters
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
