Leeds Area | Hybrid 2-3 Days in the Office | £60K plus great benefits

Our client, a leading provider of specialist education and care services, is looking to strengthen its senior team with the appointment of a Head of Marketing. This role has arisen as part of continued organisational growth, and the successful candidate will report to the Director of People & Culture, with a dotted line to the Commercial Director. This is a strategic, brand-led role suited to someone who enjoys ownership and variety leading marketing, employer brand and communications across a multi-site organisation, and managing a team of Marketing Coordinators.

The Role

  • Developing and delivering the organisations marketing, brand and communications strategy
  • Leading the evolution of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen recruitment and retention
  • Producing targeted campaigns for key stakeholders including local authorities, commissioners, social workers, parents and carers
  • Overseeing digital marketing, including website management, social media and content development
  • Leading internal communications to keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected to the organisations vision and values
  • Managing and developing a team of Marketing Coordinators
  • Managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships

What we are looking for:

  • Significant senior marketing experience, including delivering organisation-wide strategies
  • Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team
  • Experience of employer branding and recruitment marketing, including EVP development
  • Strong digital marketing experience across website, social and content
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement with senior internal and external audiences
  • Degree or professional marketing qualification, or equivalent experience
