Blackburn | Hybrid | £70K-£85K DOE | Full Time Permanent ALF Recruit are working with an established and growing PE-backed professional services business to recruit a Financial Controller for a key senior position within its internal finance function. Operating across multiple locations and with ambitious plans for continued growth, the business is looking for an experienced finance professional who can take ownership of its financial reporting and controls while also acting as a commercial partner to the CEO, Board and wider leadership team. This is a broad Financial Controller position combining financial leadership, commercial finance, business partnering and strategic input. You'll lead the finance team, take ownership of management and Board reporting and play an important role in improving processes, systems and financial visibility across the business. There will also be exposure to M&A activity, including due diligence and integration, making this particularly suited to someone who wants to be involved in the wider growth and development of a PE-backed organisation.
