Rochdale | Office Based with Site Visits Ready to take the next step from Senior Quantity Surveyor into Commercial Management? ALF Recruit is exclusively partnering with an ambitious, growing construction business in Rochdale to recruit a Commercial Manager. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on broader responsibility and progress into commercial leadership. You'll build on your existing project experience, taking ownership of commercial performance across the business and working directly alongside the Directors. Alongside the hands-on commercial work, you'll have the opportunity to improve processes, contribute to business decisions and shape how the commercial function develops. The business delivers projects across civil engineering, groundworks and industrial/commercial construction, with project values typically ranging from £200,000 to £1 million. You don't need to have held a Commercial Manager title already. We're looking for someone with strong quantity surveying experience, sound commercial judgement and the ambition to take the next step.
