£50,000 DOE A growing accountancy practice in Bury is looking for a Management Accountant to join its team.
The firm provides high level fractional finance support
Finance Controllers, Finance Directors, Management Accountants, Bookkeepers, Payroll Officers and Credit Controllers
to small and medium sized businesses across the North West.
Youd take charge of your own portfolio of four to seven clients and own their management accounting entirely.
Its a role with real autonomy: youre not buried in a corner of a finance team, youre the person those businesses come to for answers.

The role Producing customised management accounts for each client Commercial accounting and business intelligence Reconciling balance sheet accounts Analysing gross profitability by project, product or revenue stream Clear variance analysis and performance commentary Leading monthly and quarterly client meetings Delivering KPI dashboards Maintaining cashflow forecasts and budgets Providing commercial insight VAT returns and forecasting work Supporting the bookkeeping team The profile 5 years or more experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications Strong management accounts preparation experience Sage 50 and Xero experience
