Full-time | Permanent ALF Recruit is working with an ambitious technology business in Manchester that's growing at pace and attracting attention. They're looking for a HubSpot Analyst who wants to be part of that journey, helping shape how the business uses its data as it scales. You'll build accurate reports and dashboards, analyse commercial performance and improve data quality across sales, marketing and customer success. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide insight that helps the business make decisions and maintain its momentum. Benefits: A salary of £40,000–£50,000, depending on experience Annual bonus Manchester office, hybrid 3/4 days in the office per week 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off Private healthcare and wellbeing support Enhanced family leave Training and development opportunities Regular team socials The opportunity to develop your career within a technology business growing at pace The Role: Building and maintaining HubSpot reports and dashboards to track commercial performance Analysing marketing activity, sales pipeline, revenue, customer renewals and churn Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support business decisions Improving data quality through automated checks, consistent definitions and clear reporting processes Investigating reporting discrepancies and resolving the underlying causes Supporting forecasting and capacity planning through accurate data and analysis Producing clear, reliable reporting for senior leaders and the board Working with sales, marketing, account management and customer success teams to understand their reporting needs Building and improving HubSpot workflows and automations to reduce manual work Connecting data across commercial, finance and product teams to provide a consistent view of business performance Using AI tools regularly to support analysis and improve reporting processes Profile: Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including building reports, dashboards, workflows and automations independently Experience in a commercial, business, sales operations or revenue operations analyst role Experience analysing pipeline and revenue data and translating findings into practical recommendations Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills, with SQL or business intelligence experience an advantage Practical experience using AI tools within your day-to-day work Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve data issues Clear communication skills, with the confidence to explain findings and challenge inaccurate figures constructively A proactive approach, with the willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership Comfortable working in a fast-moving business where priorities evolve Keen to work alongside colleagues in the Manchester office 3–4 days a week and become an active part of the team B2B SaaS experience would be strongly preferred You'll work closely with senior leaders in a hands-on role without direct reports.
