Director of Sales and Marketing

ALF Executive have been engaged to recruit a Director of Sales Marketing for a highly successful, privately owned business operating at the intersection of automotive, employee benefits and financial services. This is a newly created Executive Board appointment. The business has restructured its senior leadership to support its next phase of growth, and this role has been built to own the commercial agenda in full. Three Heads of Department report in, across a function of up to 50 people. The remit is genuinely strategic. Which markets, which segments, which channels, which propositions.
