We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Production team in a varied and creative role, offering an opportunity to work across a range of titles from initial concept to delivery on our award-winning Non-Fiction lists.
The ideal candidate will be a Production Manager or experienced Senior Production Controller with strong communication and negotiation skills. You’ll be highly organised, work well under pressure and able to demonstrate great attention to detail. You’ll have a proven track record of working on colour and mono books, as well as handling complex projects. You’ll be comfortable in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and coordinating the day-to-day running of a busy list. You will be a proactive, solutions-focused team player who can build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers alike. As well as managing a busy list, you will provide support and training to your direct line report.

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
