About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Welding & Maintenance Tutor to join the growing training team at REAGIT's Wolong ATB Laurence Scott site. If you have a strong background in industry and a passion for teaching the next generation of engineers, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical welding and maintenance training sessions in the workshop
  • Teach safe use of tools, equipment and H&S practices
  • Lead both theory and hands-on sessions for apprentices and learners
  • Provide feedback, assess progress and support learner development
  • Work with recognised brands and manufacturing systems
  • Participate in occasional commissioning and on-site servicing (UK and global sites, typically up to 7 days away)

Requirements

  • Proven background in maintenance engineering or welding environments
  • Experience in delivering training, mentoring or coaching others
  • Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal ability
  • Relevant welding and/or maintenance engineering certification
  • Assessing/IQA qualifications (desirable)
  • Flexibility to support some on-site work away from base
