About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Welding & Maintenance Tutor to join the growing training team at REAGIT's Wolong ATB Laurence Scott site. If you have a strong background in industry and a passion for teaching the next generation of engineers, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical welding and maintenance training sessions in the workshop
- Teach safe use of tools, equipment and H&S practices
- Lead both theory and hands-on sessions for apprentices and learners
- Provide feedback, assess progress and support learner development
- Work with recognised brands and manufacturing systems
- Participate in occasional commissioning and on-site servicing (UK and global sites, typically up to 7 days away)
Requirements
- Proven background in maintenance engineering or welding environments
- Experience in delivering training, mentoring or coaching others
- Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal ability
- Relevant welding and/or maintenance engineering certification
- Assessing/IQA qualifications (desirable)
- Flexibility to support some on-site work away from base
