I’m recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join on a full-time Permanent basis. You will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Inter-company processing and reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Credit card analysis
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Journal posting
  • Invoice payments
  • Purchase invoice posting
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Some sales invoice processing and credit control
  • Dealing with supplier queries over the phone
  • Strong excel and software experience
